Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This policy explains cancellations and refunds for paid ReqLens plans. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record; Paddle's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
1. Subscriptions and Renewals
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected at checkout) and renew automatically until cancelled.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from account settings or your billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period; it is not prorated, and you keep paid access until that period ends.
3. Refunds
We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of your initial purchase of a paid plan. If you are not satisfied within that period, contact us and we will arrange a refund of that initial payment. Outside the initial window:
- Renewal charges are generally non-refundable, since you retain access for the period paid. If you were charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us promptly and we will review it in good faith.
- Refunds for exceptional circumstances (for example, a sustained service failure on our side) are handled case by case.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email support@reqlens.com from your account email with your account details and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method; timing depends on your bank or card provider.
5. Taxes
Taxes collected at checkout are handled by Paddle and refunded in line with applicable tax rules where a refund is granted.
6. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
