1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ReqLens (the "Service"), operated by ReqLens ("ReqLens", "we", "us"), a sole proprietorship based in India. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

ReqLens is an AI-assisted quality-engineering platform that helps teams turn requirements into structured test artifacts across a requirement-to-report lifecycle. AI features produce suggestions only; you remain responsible for reviewing and approving all generated output before relying on it.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
  • Accounts and organizations may be managed by an owner who controls membership and roles.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to process.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
  • Use the Service to build a competing product.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the requirements, documents, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you, including sending it to our AI sub-processor to generate output. We do not sell Your Content. AI-generated output is provided to you for your use; you are responsible for verifying its accuracy and suitability.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your purpose. The Service is a tool that assists human judgment; it does not replace it. You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, and acting on any output. We make no warranty that output is correct, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.

7. Plans, Billing, and Payments

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for transactions. By purchasing a plan you also agree to Paddle's buyer terms. Fees, billing cycles, and plan limits are described on our Pricing page. Applicable taxes are determined by Paddle at checkout. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. 8. Beta and Changing Features

The Service is under active development. Features may be added, changed, or removed, and some features may be offered as beta and provided "as is" without warranty.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to comply with law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReqLens and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the competent courts in India will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your place of residence.
